DTF PRINTER ROLL TO ROLL
A DTF roll-to-roll printer automates the process of printing designs on PET film rolls. After printing, the roll goes through a curing system where adhesive powder is applied and melted onto the ink. The finished roll can then be used for heat-press transfers onto garments.
- Design Preparation: Graphics are prepared digitally using software like Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Printing: The printer prints the design onto PET film using specialized DTF inks (CMYK + White).
- Adhesive Application: A layer of adhesive powder is automatically applied to the printed film.
- Curing: The powder is cured using a built-in heater or oven, ensuring the adhesive bonds well with the ink.
- Roll Collection: The finished film is collected on a roll for easy storage or transfer to garments.
- Heat Transfer: The designs are transferred onto fabric using a heat press at the required temperature and pressure.
